Couch & upholstery cleaning, without buying the machine
A fabric couch absorbs years of sitting, spilling, sun cream and dog. The same machine that cleans carpets comes with a hand tool made for upholstery, so you can deep clean a three-seater, the dining chairs and the car seats in an afternoon, and give the whole house a lift for the price of a day’s hire.
You will be hiring a Kärcher Puzzi. Fits in the boot of an ordinary car. One person can carry it inside.

Check the label before you start
Upholstery carries a cleaning code, usually on a tag under the seat or beneath the cushions. It takes ten seconds to find and it decides whether the job is safe to do at all.
- WWater-based cleaning. Go ahead.
- WSWater or solvent. Go ahead.
- SSolvent only. Do not wet clean this.
- XVacuum only. Nothing wet, nothing foamed.
- Leather and suede must never be wet cleaned.
- No label? Test a hidden patch — the back, or underneath — and let it dry fully before you commit.

WhatsApp what needs cleaning. A photo or two means we can tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.

Book your day
We confirm the date and get the machine flushed, tested and ready. Hire runs for a full day.

Collect it
Bring your ID, proof of address and a refundable damage deposit, confirmed when you book. We run you through the machine before you leave, and you take a printed guide with you.

Do the job
Work in one direction, take your time, and message us if anything is not behaving. We would rather answer than have you guess.

Bring it back
We check it over with you there — it takes a minute — and the deposit goes back the same day.

Questions before you book.
Can I use it on any couch?
Check the care label first. Fabric marked W or WS is safe for water-based cleaning. Fabric marked S is solvent-only and X means vacuum only. Leather and suede must not be wet cleaned. If there is no label, test a hidden patch on the back or underneath.
How long does a couch take to dry?
A fabric couch is usually dry to the touch in four to six hours and fully dry overnight. Open the windows, and do a few extra passes with the trigger released to pull out as much moisture as possible.
Can I do my car seats with it?
Yes, and it is one of the jobs the hand tool does best. Car seats and boot carpets come up remarkably well. Leave the doors open afterwards so the interior dries properly.
Will it remove pet hair and smells?
Vacuum thoroughly first to get the loose hair off, then the extraction takes out the embedded grime and most of the smell along with it. Deeply set-in pet odour sometimes needs a second pass.
