What we clean for you
Quoted per job. Send a photograph on WhatsApp and you get a real number back, usually the same day — no site visit needed to price it.
Several items in one visit are priced together rather than added up — a couch, the dining chairs and a rug on the same afternoon costs less than three separate visits.
Heavy furniture needs a hand. We will move what one person reasonably can, but a wall unit or a sleeper couch needs either your help or a second pair of hands arranged beforehand.
What to expect
Worth reading before you book a day off. It is the difference between a good afternoon and a disappointing one.
A vacuum lifts what is sitting on top of the fibres. This sprays cleaning solution down into them under pressure and immediately draws it back out, bringing the dissolved dirt with it. That is why the water in the recovery tank comes out grey, and why the carpet looks different rather than just tidier.
Carpet is usually dry in four to six hours with the windows open, and a couch is dry to the touch in about the same and fully dry overnight. Do the job in the morning so it has the day. Extra passes with the trigger released pull out more water than anything else you can do, and an air mover turns an overnight wait into an afternoon.

Read the hire termsYes. Fits in the boot of an ordinary car. One person can carry it inside. It is closer to a large suitcase than to the machines you picture in a hire shop, and it is the reason collecting it yourself is realistic rather than a favour we are asking.
Ordinary wear is expected and is not your problem. The deposit covers damage beyond that, and if a repair costs more than the deposit you are liable for the difference. In practice the two things that cause damage are putting the wrong chemical in the tank and running the pump dry, and we show you how to avoid both when you collect.
Read the hire termsOne measured bottle of approved solution is included in the day rate, and extra bottles are available from us. Nothing else may go in the tank: supermarket carpet shampoo foams in the recovery system, and the wrong chemical can strip the colour out of your own furniture. It protects the machine and it protects your couch.
Hire is for a full day. We confirm the collection and return times when you book, and if you need it over a weekend just say so and we will work out a rate.
Yes, anywhere in our service area. Delivery is charged by suburb — ask when you book. It is worth asking — for a lot of people it costs less than the petrol and the hour of driving.
Yes. It suits a job big enough to fill most of a day — a move-out clean, a flat being turned over between tenants, or a whole house at once. Message us with what needs doing and we will tell you whether it is worth having someone there.

If you can use a vacuum cleaner you can use this. Spray on the pull, release and do a dry pass, overlap your strokes. We run you through it when you collect, you take a printed guide, and we are on WhatsApp for the whole hire.
Tell us straight away, while the job is fresh. If we cleaned it and it has not come up the way we said it would, we come back and do it again. If we told you beforehand that a stain was permanent, it is still permanent — which is why we would rather have that conversation before you book than after.
