Some people want the machine for the weekend. Others want their couch to look like it did five years ago without giving up a Saturday to it. Send a photograph of what needs doing and you get a price back — usually the same day, and without anyone coming out to look at it first.

Several items in one visit are priced together rather than added up — a couch, the dining chairs and a rug on the same afternoon costs less than three separate visits.
Heavy furniture needs a hand. We will move what one person reasonably can, but a wall unit or a sleeper couch needs either your help or a second pair of hands arranged beforehand.

How do I get a price?
Send a photograph on WhatsApp of the couch, the room or the car, and say roughly what has happened to it. That is enough to price the large majority of jobs without a site visit, which is why you get a number back the same day rather than an appointment to be quoted.
Do you clean at my house?
Yes. The machine comes to you and the whole job is done there — nothing is taken away. We need a plug point and access to water, and that is genuinely all.
How long will it take, and when can I use it again?
Most single-item jobs take under an hour. A couch is dry to the touch in four to six hours and fully dry overnight, and a carpet is much the same with the windows open. If you need the room back the same day, say so and we will bring the air mover.
Will the stain come out?
General grime, traffic lanes, food, drink and pet accidents usually come up very well. Old dye stains, bleach marks and burns are damage to the fibre rather than dirt, and nothing lifts those. Send the photo and we will tell you which one you have before you book, not after.
Do you move the furniture?
We move what one person reasonably can. A wall unit, a sleeper couch or a full bookshelf needs either your help or a second pair of hands arranged when you book, so it is worth mentioning up front.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size, the fabric and how much has been living in it. Several items in one visit are priced together rather than added up, which is why a couch plus the dining chairs plus a rug costs less in one afternoon than in three separate visits.
